Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by NebulonCoreSystems, located at Calle Licenciado Poza, 22, Piso 2A — 48008, Bilbao, Bizkaia, España, including web development, platform engineering, and consultancy services.
2. Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund of any advance payments made.
- During Project Execution: Refund calculated based on work completed versus total project scope. Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable.
- After Project Completion: No refunds available for completed deliverables that have been accepted and deployed.
3. Cancellation by NebulonCoreSystems
We reserve the right to cancel services if:
- The client breaches the Terms of Service.
- Payment is not received within agreed terms.
- The project requirements become technically unfeasible.
In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for services not yet delivered.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for:
- Third-party licenses or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.
- Work completed and approved through the project milestone approval process.
- Services rendered under custom negotiated agreements.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, Bizkaia, España.
Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of NebulonCoreSystems, located at Calle Licenciado Poza, 22, Piso 2A — 48008, Bilbao, Bizkaia, España ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services
NebulonCoreSystems provides enterprise-level web platform engineering, frontend development, security consulting, cloud infrastructure, and related digital transformation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") or service agreement.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content or materials provided to us.
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client under a SOW become the exclusive property of the client. NebulonCoreSystems retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in service delivery, and grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such components as integrated in the deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of five (5) years.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NebulonCoreSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NebulonCoreSystems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bilbao, Bizkaia, España.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
